The People Behind Logical Expressions

We're James Byrd and Susan Daffron and we started Logical Expressions in 1995 so we could move away from the city and live a simpler life amidst the forests of Northern Idaho.

You can read our "story" here on this Web site or in this article in Redbook Magazine. Since 1996, we have lived our dream of doing work we enjoy from a place we love.

James has a programming background and Susan has a publishing background.

Although we both are writers, we often say James is the "logical half" and Susan is the "expressive half" of Logical Expressions.
